Coping with Stress

Learning to cope with stress is one of the single most useful things we can do for ourselves in achieving a balanced life. Many times we are stressed out because we feel like we are powerless in our own lives. The term for what we feel when life isn’t going the way we want it to is “dissonance”. This is something that can be completely alleviated with some hard work and dedication to changing the way we thing and how we see the world.
