Rates and Insurance

To start counseling, please call the counselor of your choice for a free phone consultation

During the phone call we will discuss the reason you are calling for counseling and if one of us is a good fit for you.  After that you will come in for an initial intake session that will last 90 minutes.  All sessions after that are 45-50 minutes in length unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Longer or shorter times will be prorated appropriately. If you think you are ready to make positive changes today, please call us today schedule your first appointment.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Can I get reimbursed if I see an out of network provider?
• Will my health plan cover online video sessions?

At the present time Nick is able accept the following insurances:

I can provide forms to assist with insurance reimbursement, but it is ultimately your responsibility for any fees.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available and based on income on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted. Skype sessions must be paid before the next session begins. If no payment is posted by this time, the session will be cancelled.
